The annual offshore forum, hosted by Standard Club and Charles Taylor, is a unique opportunity for members who operate within the oil and gas markets, including shipowners, oil companies, regulators, reinsurers, to meet and discuss the current industry issues. The forum is open to both members and non members and is intended to stimulate debate and advance attendees' knowledge and experience of the issues discussed.
The focus this year was on the rise of the floating LNG market, as projects come to maturity. We also looked at the casualty response and regulatory advances in the north sea and eastern mediterrian.
