The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has issued Port Marine Circular (PMC) 04 of 2020 on 'DORSCON Orange Precautionary Measures For Shipping Community'. The new circular is on top of the measures that MPA had implemented under Port Marine Circular 02 and Port Marine Circular 03 of 1 February – 'Extension of Precautionary Measures to Minimise Risk of Community Spread of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus in Singapore' and 'Maritime Declaration of Health'. Maritime Industry Australia Ltd (MIAL) has updated its website providing the most up to date advice that it has available to it from the Australian authorities. MIAL advises that the Australian government will extend the current measures designed at minimising the risks of an outbreak of Coronavirus, with a reassessment to occur in 7 days.
