The Panama Canal Authority (PCA) has issued up-to-date requirements for all ships arriving at the Panama Canal in an advisory issued 23 November 2012. The purpose of the PCA advisory is to inform the shipping community of the new definitions and requirements applicable to ships docking or visiting the Panama Canal.
