Further to the club’s previous news item, our correspondents (SPICA SERVICES (S) PTE LTD) have advised that the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has revoked the export ban for certain companies and issued the latest list of companies that are allowed to export coal.
A copy of the Indonesian circular (and its free English translation) with the list of shippers who can export coal as of 20 January 2022 has been attached for reference.
