According to a recent scientific report, human activity is changing the climate in unprecedented and sometimes irreversible ways - weather patterns are changing, sea levels are rising and extreme weather events are becoming more frequent and ferocious. The United Nations (UN) has described the findings of this report as 'code red' for humanity.
