Owners/Members are informed that the new oil spill response requirements in Honduras (as set out in the club's Circular dated 22 December 2017) are not now expected to come into force until the end of March 2018, rather than on 15 January 2018 as previously notified.

The International Group is in contact with the Maritime Authority of Honduras with a view to clarifying the position and the club will update Owners/Members once further information is known.
