Joel joined the club from the law firm of Royston & Rayzor where he practiced maritime law in Corpus Christi, Texas. His practice included state and federal cases involving personal injury, collisions, and allisions. Joel has previous P&I experience from The American Club. He is a 2002 graduate of the US Naval Academy and has been licensed as a Texas attorney since 2011.
