The club board, and the boards of its principal subsidiaries, met in Bermuda on 26 January 2016. The club’s class general meetings were held on the same day. On the previous day, meetings of the board’s three committees – Audit and Risk, Strategy, and Nomination and Governance – took place. We report on these in this bulletin special edition.
