The Singapore Crew Change Working Group (SCCWG) has revised the Singapore Crew Change Guidebook (SCCG) to incorporate the updated requirements and measures on crew change for Cargo Ships in the Port of Singapore. The latest revisions in the SCCWG include the protocol for crew in their home country before they depart for joining a ship in Singapore.
