Press Article: Remote pilotage should be a last resort even in a health crisis

Some ports are now enforcing remote pilotage on ships arriving from countries where there is a high incidence of the coronavirus, but the practice should still be used sparingly, 'we would recommend that the operation is only conducted when it is enforced by port regulations or in extreme emergency situations' argues John Dolan, Deputy Director of Loss Prevention at Standard Club.
