Argentina (Buenos Aries), FEMPINRA, the union responsible for port workers in Buenos Aries has declared a total cessation of activities for staff providing services at port terminals in the region including Buenos Aires Container Terminal Services, Terminal 4 and terminals Río de la Plata S.A. The strike commenced on Thursday 9 May and will be extended until Tuesday 14 May pending negotiations between the different parties. Members are advised to expect delays and additional congestion as a result of this labor stoppage.
