Web Alert: Cuba sanctions - new US policy announced

On 16 June 2017, President Trump stated that he was immediately cancelling the Obama administration's 'one-sided deal with Cuba'. However, his new policy will leave in place most of the measures that President Obama introduced. Its main effect will be that US citizens wishing to travel to or do business with Cuba will face tighter restrictions.
