Web Alert: Phytosantary Requirements to prevent the entry of Asian Gypsy Moth

The Chilean Agricultural & Livestock Service has issued Phytosanitary Requirements for Vessels entering the country to prevent the entry of Asian Gypsy Moth with them.

The Requirements are contained in Exempt Resolution 4412/2013, dated 30th July 2013, published in the Official Gazette on 12th August 2013. The Requirements come into force in February 2014, six months after the publication in the Official Gazette.
