Vessel owners or operators who have yet to submit their NTV Response Plans are urged to do so as soon as possible.
Vessel owners or operators who have yet to submit their NTV Response Plans are urged to do so as soon as possible, in order to allow US Coast Guard sufficient time to review and approve the plans prior to July 31st, or prior to the vessel's entry into U.S. waters after that date.
