Update on Argentine Customs & Ship's store list declaration

Recently they have seen an increase in disputes arising with Customs House, particularly in the ports of San Nicolas and Campana, arising from inaccurate declarations in the ship's store list. These disputes can lead to additional costs to the owner / operator and delay to the ship. Pandi Liquidadores set out in their circular recommendations so to avoid this arising for members.
