中国放宽防疫措施后，印度和日本恢复对船员的管控
Global Maritime Forum (GMF) 报告显示，中国放宽新冠防疫措施后感染率上升，因此印度和日本等国决定对自某些亚洲国家抵港的海员实施新的检测要求和管控措施。
目前，对于来自中国、香港、日本、韩国、新加坡和泰国的所有旅客需在出发前 72 小时进行 RT-PCT 检测，结果为阴性方可入境印度。日本已对过去 7 天内所有从中国出发的旅客进行了检测。若海员相关检测呈阳性，需接受 7 天的隔离。
协会建议会员在船舶挂靠亚洲港口前与当地代理或通代联络，了解最新的港口要求。
