Standard Club has worked closely with the UK Chamber of Shipping as part of a BRM Task Force along with numerous stakeholders representing the wider shipping industry to produce 'Bridge Resource Management Guidance'.

Despite the many advances in technology, navigational incidents are unfortunately a regular and recurring theme in the shipping industry. Standard Club has worked closely with the UK Chamber of Shipping as part of a BRM Task Force along with numerous stakeholders representing the wider shipping industry to produce 'Bridge Resource Management Guidance'.

To launch the guide, a live webinar will take place on Monday, 14 December at 2:00pm GMT, during which members of the BRM Task Force and the UK Chamber of Shipping will discuss some of the key elements of the guidance, and will also be joined by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency who will highlight the importance in avoiding single points of failure.
