My Standard Club gives members and brokers one central place to access key information relevant to their relationship with the Standard Club. The online platform allows convenient secure access 24/7 to documentation and reports. 


The portal houses all cover documentation, including Certificates of Entry, endorsements, Blue Cards/MLC Certificates, COFR documents, claims invoices, and debit and credit notes where applicable. All documents are uploaded within an hour of being created to ensure the information is always up to date and accurate. Users can then view, download, save and/or print the documents at any time.


The reports functionality allows users to run key reports relating to their membership using live data and view visual summaries of their claims history.  A personalised history means users can revisit earlier reports or rerun them with up-to-date data.


Filter controls allow users to configure search results and quickly find the documents they are looking for. The reports are also fully configurable and can be downloaded as Excel spreadsheets or pdfs.


Multiple users can be active within a company, each with their own personal log in. To ensure that only authorised individuals can access company information, each company has a Key Contact, nominated by the organisation and responsible for monitoring their registered users.
