Complaints
The Managers are committed to providing the highest standard of service to members. It is therefore important that any complaint should be
resolved promptly, so far as possible.
Any issue of concern or complaint that a member may have should, in the first instance, be addressed to the person with whom they normally deal
with in the Managers' organisation. However, should this fail to resolve the matter, the complaint should be referred to the Club's compliance officer,
Hunter Smith, who can be contacted on hunter.smith@ctcplc.com or telephone +44 (0)20 7522 7449.
The Managers will also arrange for a member to be put in touch with the Chairman of the Club, should they so
wish in respect of any complaint.
