Texas General Land Office (TGLO) Enrollment Enforcement - Tank and Non-tank vessels
Owner/operators that have vessels designed to carry 10,000 gallons of oil as fuel and/or cargo which operate or transit through Texas State waters are required to enroll in the Texas General Land Office
(TGLO) database prior to entry. Failure to do so can result in a $10,000 per day fine.
TGLO inspectors are actively monitoring vessels operating in Texas State waters to verify their enrollment in the TGLO database.
